Hi everyone! We wanted to share the precautions we will be taking in the face of COVID-19, which sadly continues to be troubling our world. We take the pandemic very seriously and want everyone to feel safe and be healthy.
We are both vaccinated. We are confident that the vast majority of our friends and family are fully vaccinated as well. When you RSVP, we will be asking your vaccination status for the safety of all guests. We will share the percentage of guests who are vaccinated once everyone has RSVP’d. We ask guests who are not vaccinated to please get tested before the wedding.
There are four events at the wedding and the majority of them will take place outdoors. The outdoor events are the Baraat, the Ceremony and the Cocktail Hour. Seats at the ceremony will be distanced and the Baraat and Cocktail Hour are standing where you can distance yourselves. We will move indoors for the reception because it gets quite chilly in October. The reception ballroom is large, with tall ceilings. There are large doors that open to a patio that we will try to keep open for ventilation as often as possible. There will be seats, heaters and lighting on the patio for you to enjoy if you want a breather! Tables at the reception will be distanced from each other as much as the room will allow. Rather than a buffet style, dinner will be served “family style” at each table and we will seat families and friends together as much as possible.
Of course, everyone is welcome to wear masks for any and/or all portions of the wedding.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
